My wife is working in a private firm from june 2006 till now and her salary is KD 250. Company has terminated date 24-01-2012 her with a proper notice of 3 months. Will she be entitled to any sort of indemnity and if so what will be the calculation?

Kuwait Visa open after Election:The Ministry of social affairs and labor will start issuing work visas only after the national assembly elections
and the formation of the new government; Arab Times reported citing Al Dar daily.

It was earlier announced that the work visas will be issued during this month, but the Minister for social affairs
and labor requested to postpone the issuance of visas until after the elections for the national assembly and the
formation of new government, daily reported.

Daily also reported that after the formation of new government, government will decide the list of countries which
are eligible to apply for Kuwaiti work visas.

I Really regret and still believe that formation of pakistan was a biggest blunder in the history . being a pakistani aroud the world and iteslf within is gud for nothing instead of moving to pakistan our ansestors should have stayed back in india ,....... in future we will see too many bans in differnt countries for pakkstan and finally all the doors for pakistanis will be shut ,

sir all of the Pakistani community who's having families and require to take visa for them are asking when will Kuwait ministry release the ban of family visa etc.. but no one is telling that why our government is not interested in this issue to talk to Kuwait government officials regarding this issue. because i believe that if they do so there is a hope that they release the ban but our government is still paying no attention to this serious matter and all the people like me are suffering from this ban.

respected sir, when will the elections held? and is there any guarantee that the family visa will open after elections.

agher aap 20,000 Rs pakistan main reh ker kuma rehay hain to aap mazeed mehnut kerke yaan kuch arsa baad ziada bhi kuma saktey hain,but leaving pakistan(being employed)for kuwait is nothing but fool.
Kuwait 's laws and rules are very strict and obtaing work permit is not all work,many things left behind.
so if anybody who is employed in Pakistan never think to leave pakistan for some more money,
you can live with your parents,family and freinds that is good life
