Embassy of Pakistan: The Ambassador of Pakistan to Kuwait, H.E. Muhammad Aslam Khan, and the officers and staff of the Embassy and their families express their utmost shock and grief over the loss of the precious lives of a large number of school children and other innocent citizens in the terrorist attack on the Army Public School in Peshawar on 16 December 2014. May Allah Almighty rest the departed souls in eternal peace and grant the bereaved families the courage to bear this irreparable loss!
They strongly condemn the terrorist attack and express the confidence that such cowardly acts would not weaken the determination of the Pakistani nation and its brave armed forces to eliminate terrorism and extremism in all its forms and manifestations.
The Ambassador today attended a crowded Ghaibana Namaze Janaza held in Kuwait attended by Pakistani community members, Kuwaiti friends and other nationalities. A wreath-laying ceremony and Dua would be held in the Chancery premises of the Embassy on 18 December 2014 at 1100 hours.
A condolence book has been opened in the Embassy for the diplomatic corps from 16 to 18 December for signing between 1000 to 1500 hours.
