KUWAIT: The Juvenile Court, presided over by Judge Fahd Al-Awadhi, sentenced a tenth-grade secondary school student to five years in prison for involvement with ISIS and plotting to bomb a Husseiniya in Mubarak Al-Kabeer. However, the court acquitted the student of charges related to harming the country’s interests. During the trial, the student denied taking any concrete steps toward carrying out the plan, stating that he did not possess any explosives and had not progressed beyond the planning stage.
